HTML5- You develops once and can be deployed on all major platforms. 

Native Mobile App: the native mobile app is written for one particular device & is installed directly 
onto device itself. Example of native mobile app is camera+ app for apple iOS devices. 

A web app is basically internet enabled apps that are accessible via mobile device web browser. They need not to be downloaded on to mobile devices in order to be accessed. Safari is good example of mobile web app. 

Hybrid App: It is a combination of Native and HTML mobile app.

o   Finalize the design: in this stage you checked the look of app.
o   Software development: in this stage you develop the mobile application.
o   Testing of your app: in this stage application is tested in which platform it is being tested.
3.       Marketing & distribution: In this stage you need to do the marketing of your mobile app.
o   Make a release of the app: in this stage you release the app in market. Make sure you thoroughly check the app before releasing the app.
o   Maintenance of app:  a mobile app developer releases the updates where there is a problem.
